Use art in any way or form. Use all the materials you want or don't want :] Be your self, express your feelings through the colors, textures, and materials. Let it all out, anger, sadness, happiness, joy. Let go and relax. Your outcome will be better than expected.
My Art Therapy Session today was very helpful, it let me breathe again and be joyful of who I am and who I want to be. Just Be. :]
