"If our emotions left scars on our bodies"
The body is full of texture, embrace everything that is yours. Every mark, every line, every dot. Rejoice in your soul because every line tells a story.

Mandala Sillouettes

1.13.13
Mandalas have spiritual and ritual significance in Hinduism and Buddhism.

but you can make them your own, allow them to have a spiritual meaning to you, even if you're not religious. open up and let yourself go within this circle. let your feelings flow out and engage within a beautiful piece of art and tradition.

each piece represents a part of our souls
our eyes, which are one of the most important things to us as human beings. they allow us to see and experience the nature we desire to touch and feel. with our eyes not only can we see but they also say a lot. when you glance at someone or vise versa there is so much you can tell from you one look.

as for me this particular  eye is the one who sees it all, inside and out.
it looks deep into my soul and above the surface.

my head. my mind. my brain.
with this muscle we experience everything day in and day out. we ponder and wander through our minds all the time. we think too much. we don't think at all. we become blank with no energy to use our minds. we drain ourselves out not leaving any thought for our true selves.
but then we let it flow and all of our thoughts slowly connect to everything around us.

this one right here, well this one is mine. i do as i please. i think of everything and anything.
although sometimes its nice to just let it be and spin on its own. with no help from the surface but
simply with a spiritual mind.

the last one here we can say that it is your temple. you must take care of it or it will rot.
protect it with all your might because it is what you truly own.
breathe letting all the peace come from within.
in the end just be who you want to be.
do what you want, be who you are, and you'll have what you need.

i will achieve everything.

together they are stronger than anything you could ever imagine.
allow them to connect with one another, never let them separate.

smoke your lungs away with friends

acrylic on canvas 14x11in

smoke your lungs away with friends. where? anywhere. . . on the front porch, walking down the road, getting lost in the woods. smoke away, just smoke. inhale deeply and blow out with such smooth pleasure. let it be a party, let us get together, let it go to your lungs and come back out through your nose. inhale and exhale, the same way it goes in it comes out. smoke your lungs away, but don't do it alone gather 'round in a distorted circle, smoke while you dance, let yourself go fly high and come back to earth for one last smoke

Grow to Be You

acrylic on canvas 16x12in

enjoy [:

grow to be you. who are you really, who do you want to be. grow to be you. as i look at you more and more i seem to get lost instead of finding my way. you scare me a bit, first you tell me to come and then you blow fire in my face. how shall i grow when all you do is suppress my ability to be my best.
when i made you i had no idea what you would come to be, but slowly you grew, you grew to be you. this amazing piece of mixed emotions and uncertainty.
